Below, you’ll find the materials we’ll need within 1-2 weeks of becoming a sponsor to ensure everything is set up smoothly and we can start promoting you on our social media channels.

In the months leading up to the event, we’ll be in touch via email to collect other important details and share key communications, including the following information for each attendee: name, title, email address, and cell phone number.

We’ll need the final attendee list no later than 5 days prior to the event, so we recommend beginning to build your list now.
