I am a Rochester based Fractional HR Consultant and the Director of People & Culture at Hawk Collision Frame & Axle. I support teams through talent acquisition, business development, people operations, and event coordination experience and bring a dedicated warm, collaborative style and positive, people-centered approach to my work. I care deeply about people, integrity, community connection, and helping others grow. I believe great workplaces are built on trust and open communication, and I carry that mindset into both my consulting and leadership roles. I stay active in several HR and community networks and value shared learning and meaningful collaboration. I also serve as an Ambassador for the Rochester Women’s Golf Network. My work across events, committees, and community initiatives reflects my belief that strong relationships and shared experiences are at the heart of meaningful progress. Outside of work, you can usually find me on the golf course. Golf has become my favorite way to unwind, challenge myself, and have fun.
